• Calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats related to quotes, technical visits, emergencies, or maintenance plans.
• Basic technical browsing data needed for the site to work (for example, IP address and device type).

• Identity and contact details: name, phone, email, and, if applicable, the property or project address.
• Service information: request type (installation, maintenance, repair, advisory, industrial), equipment or need description, and messages you send.
